You may be performing prayer but it may be invalid due to ignorance of the rules of menstruation.  You may be performing wudu’ but due to the application of certain makeup it may not be valid.  Are you calculating your Zakat  on your jewellery correctly ? Is your worship being accepted ?  It is compulsory to have enough knowledge that enables one to correctly fulfil ones daily obligations. To know the rulings concerning the most important aspects of Islam: purity, menstruation, post natal bleeding, prayer, fasting and Zakat are religious obligations which we are demanded to establish in our daily lives.  This course will cover a basic introduction to these most essential aspects of Islam in accordance to the Hanafi School of Jurisprudence, using the texts of some of the most authoritative scholars in the field.  It will be taught by a qualified female scholar and will be imparted in a relaxed atmosphere revising many laws of which we may have forgotten or be ignorant of.  This is a continuous course breaking for holidays during children school holidays.
