| Description
If a person wishes to perform any action in Islam it is necessary to be aware of the correct legal judgement. This course will introduce students to Muslim Family Law and how it impacts all of our lives. Topics covered include marriage, suckling, maintance of family, custodial rights, divorce, marital release, post marital waiting period and other topics relevant. This course is ideal for those that are married who may be ignorant of their duties and rights to their spouses or family and for the person considering marriage, to prepare him-her self for the responsibilities of this important aspect of ones life. Course notes will be provided.
