Supporting remote communities

Darul Arqam works in many different areas to provide Islamic education in regions deprived of access to Islamic knowledge. We aim to provide education to both children and adults in the fundamentals of Islam, including the recitation of the Qur`an. Initially this would take the form of Saturday and Sunday schools hoping that this would lead to permanent evening classes. Darul Arqam in conjunction with local communities has established weekend and evening supplementary schools in the following areas: West Bridgford (Nottinghamshire), Grantham (Lincolnshire), Lincoln and Kings Lynn (Norfolk). We hope to extend this service by providing outreach classes, for both adults and children, in other areas.
